Each venue is unique with its own style and menu, but they do have one thing in common.
Quality
We are strong supporters of Harvest Isle of Man which encourages the use of local produce and we use fresh ingredients wherever possible. We also subscribe to Taste Isle of Man which means we are regularly inspected by independent inspectors to ensure we reach minimum standards to remain in the scheme.
Our Managers and Chef's are given the freedom to create their own style in each venue so while all are part of the same group; they each have their own personalities.
